Ralph Cho is Co-Head of Power & Infrastructure at Investec in New York and is responsible for leading Investec’s North American energy banking and capital markets platform.

Ralph has over 20 years of experience in project finance focusing on independent power, renewable energy and other energy infrastructure.  He is a capital markets professional with deep relationships across a variety of investor classes including commercial and investment banks, finance companies, ‘grey market’ lenders, life insurance companies and, most recently, Asian capital providers.  Ralph has a strong track record of successfully leading the syndication of complex transactions for over $50 billion of loans for high profile sponsors including Ares-EIF, The Carlyle Group, Macquarie and Sunrun.

Prior to Investec, Ralph spent time at financial institutions: WestLB, Credit Suisse and Bear Stearns. He holds a MBA in Finance and Strategy from the Yale School of Management and a BS in Accounting from the University of Virginia’s McIntire School of Commerce.
