Mona Dajani is a partner and an international leader of the Energy and Infrastructure team at Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman in the New York office. As a market dealmaker in the renewable energy industry for over 20 years, she has advised on multiple acquisitions, dispositions, financing, leasing and project development transactions involving energy and infrastructure facilities in the US and globally.

Ms. Dajani also works with a wide array of commercial and public institutions, sponsors, private equity funds, utilities, investment banks and others in the structuring and negotiation of joint ventures, project contracts and financing connected to the development, financing and leasing of complex energy and infrastructure projects, equipment and facilities.

Ms. Dajani repeatedly has been recognized as a leading lawyer by The Best Lawyers in America, Legal 500, IFLR1000, Rising Legal Stars, Law 360, The Best Lawyers in America, 2013-2018 and other publications.
