Richard Dovere is a Managing Member and co-founder of C2 Energy Capital, a rapidly growing private investment and renewables development firm that manages the development, financing, construction, ownership and operation of renewable distributed generation and storage assets. He co-founded the firm after six years of leading capital markets and M&A activities for investment platforms in the United States and Europe. Previously, Mr. Dovere served as the founder and CEO of Adamas Energy Investments, a Managing Partner at Healthy Planet Partners, and Vice President and member of the investment committee at Coronal Management, a Panasonic-affiliated solar investment platform.

Mr. Dovere began his professional career in US politics, holding positions in campaign operations on the local, state, and national levels. He holds a BA from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
