Frank is a Managing Director with CohnReznick Capital and is based in the New York office. He has 10+ years of experience in investment banking, project finance, M&A due diligence and strategy consulting. Frank primarily focuses on transaction management, including platform M&A opportunities, buy side assistance, asset and portfolio sales, and negotiating and structuring tax equity and debt project financing investments.
Since joining CohnReznick Capital in 2014, Frank has led numerous renewable energy M&A and financing transactions including utility scale wind and solar, and community and residential solar projects.
Prior to CohnReznick Capital, Frank was a Director in KPMG’s Transactions and Restructuring practice in New York and San Francisco, where he provided buy-side and sell-side commercial and operational due diligence services on over 60 M&A transactions. Frank advised both strategic and financial clients concentrating in the Renewable Energy, Oil and Gas, and Technology sectors. While at KPMG, Frank served as a global financial modeling instructor, leading trainings in the US, Brazil, and India. Frank also played a key role in establishing KPMG’s Strategy Consulting practice, which assists clients facing transaction related issues and varying business problems.
Frank earned a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Loyola University Maryland and is a CFA charter holder.
