To help stop the spread of COVID-19, ACORE has implemented health and safety guidelines in accordance with recommendations set forth by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).
We want you to feel safe while attending ACORE’s in-person events. Here is what we’re doing to ensure the health and safety of our attendees is at the forefront.
- Get Vaccinated. ACORE requires that all event attendees are vaccinated against COVID-19 with an approved vaccination (Pfizer-BioNTech, Moderna, Novavax, or Johnson & Johnson’s Janssen). We additionally recommend that all attendees stay up to date with the latest boosters as per CDC recommendations.
- Stay home if you are sick. If you or someone you have been in close contact with is experiencing any symptoms of COVID-19, do not attend the event. Please reach out to events@acore.org to request a refund*. Guests who cannot attend will be given the option to attend virtually.
- (*Cancellations within 14 days of the event are eligible for a refund worth up to 50% of a full-price ticket).
- Take precautions. Please take an at-home COVID test prior attending any event. Guests are welcome to wear face coverings and take personal precautions at all ACORE events. ACORE additionally offers a virtual option for most events. Reach out to events@acore.org with any questions.
Please note that ACORE will continue to follow CDC, state, and city guidance and mandates for all events. The COVID-19 pandemic is a fluid and ever-changing situation. Therefore, new requirements may be in place upon arrival at the event, and we will do our best to communicate any changes in advance. Your health and well-being remain our number one priority.
